Return Policy
- Do you accept returns ?

Yes. However, in the case of a physical copy of an album and/or EP, the item must be sealed to be considered for a return. Any opened CD will not be eligible for returns.

- What is the withdrawal period ?

According to french law, you have 14 days to return a product from the day of receipt of the package.
Passed this delay, we will not accept any returns.

Yes, if you are fulfilling all the conditions mentioned above.

- When will i be refunded ?

You will be refunded within 2 days from the day of receipt of the returned product.

- My product has been damaged/lost, what can i do ?

We are very careful with our shipments and we always make sure that every items we send are in the best condition.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any damages and/or losses of sent products. You may want to try to contact your local post office to have more information on a possible compensation.
